ISTANBUL April 2 United Press Samuel Insull was arrested by Turkish authorities in Istanbul and informed the U S ambassador that he would be extradited. The action follows an extradition treaty between Turkey and the United States which may be ratified at Angora today and retroactive to Insull. Officials released the Malotis from detention and waited for the ship to depart.

Two Deer Killed by Freight Train Near Columbus
Struck by an eastbound freight train off the Erie Railroad two deer were killed about 200 feet west of OM tower east of Columbus early today. The remains were found by a train crew member and a call was dispatched to the city. Deputy Game Warden John Swan and his brother Harry of Corry went to the scene and arranged for the disposal of the animals. The deer, both does, carried young, adding to the loss.
