Testing Program In Schools Explained
The Coronado Elementary testing plan groups assessments by grade. First Grade uses Lee Clark Reading Readiness in September to identify readiness for reading. Grades 2 to 12 use Stanford Achievement Tests in November with Primary Intermediate and Advanced batteries. Spring brings group mental ability tests like Otis and Terman McNemar to measure potential, aiding interpretation of a child’s progress and needs for the cumulative record.
