Grace Hannah Booth Music Scholarship Awarded to Marian Vaughan Hadley
Marian Vaughan Hadley won the Grace Hannah Booth music scholarship presented at the Coronado high school awards assembly on June 4. She will study at San Jose State College and train with a San Francisco teacher, after two years of vocal study and years of violin and piano performance in school programs and church choirs. The scholarship, established in 1945 by the Coronado AAUW, memorializes Mrs. Booth.
