Under Stuart Neely the first 20 30 business meeting of the year went smoothly at the Coronado Yacht Club Monday night. First Vice President Dale Shearer introduced Captain Jesse B Gay as guest speaker. Captain Gay spoke on Have We Been a Good Neighbor to Latin America.

Golden Wedding Reenacted In Coronado Ceremony

A Coronado couple Mr. and Mrs. W A Sexton celebrated fifty years of marriage by re enacting their original wedding service. Reverend R H Sanders remarried them before a candle lit altar with white chrysanthemums. The ceremony included a large bridal party and out of town guests.

Oscar T Jensen, Coronado resident and Bank of America vice president, was re elected to the San Diego Chamber of Commerce as vice president for a second term. He has spent his career in San Diego banking, served in World War I, and is active in local clubs. Other 1948 officers include Ewart W Goodwin president and Charles T Leigh vice president.

University Women to Hear Museum Director Tonight
