Planning group sticks by guns on Block 7 issue
At a recent Planning Commission meeting the group reaffirmed its recommendation to zone the western half of Block Seven along B Avenue between Tenth Street and Ynez Place for business. City Council had referred the matter back proposing all Block Seven be zoned for multiple dwellings with Block Hight facing B Street zoned for business. The Commission’s latest stance will be on the agenda again at next week’s City Council meeting.
