Water views from Connersville report by Dr Barnard

Dr Barnard the State Food and Drug Commissioner visited Connersville to inspect the water supply. He said canal water is usable only for boats and fires, and that filtration could make water usable for all purposes at little cost. A formal report will be filed with the city council for the next meeting. Mayor Barrows plans to disclose all facts to citizens to let them decide on the water situation.
