Rushville Indiana June 22 John Uhlmann fifty five a Jer sey Isle stock farm employee was struck and killed by an Indianapolis Cincinnati traction car as he tried to hail it with a burning paper. Mrs Lyons shouted a warning and was injured his death also broke her arm. He leaves three daughters in Rushville and one in Cambridge City.

Runaway Horse Spills Eggs Butter Cats on Washington Street
A horse owned by Elsworth Eddy of near Columbus ran away on Friday morning, scattering eggs and butter along Washington Street between Second and Eighth. The buggy toppled over rough pavement, eggs and butter spilled, and cats escaped from a sack. No serious injuries occurred to horse or driver.

Death of Mrs Amanda Huber In Fayette
The death of Mrs. Amanda Huber occurred at Fayette Sanitarium last Sunday morning at three oclock. The remains were taken to the Episcopal church on Eastern Avenue and will be in state for viewing until 11:30 this morning. Mrs. Huber, sixty six, had lived here all her life. She is survived by one son Thomas Huber and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be at the Episcopal church this afternoon at 2:30 with Rev Bradly officiating. Interment will be in the city cemetery.
