Funeral at her home Tuesday with Rev Alfred Wheeler Stone officiating. Burial in Woodlawn cemetery Nashua NH. She was born March 5 1855 in Laconia NH and married in 1875. She moved to West Concord in 1895 and served multiple terms as Worthy Matron.

Manter of West Concord Dies After Long Illness
George Manter a longtime West Concord resident and harness maker at Boston Harness Co died Friday evening after a prolonged illness. Funeral held at his home 228 Main Street with Rev Alfred W Stone presiding. He is survived by his wife Sarah L Wright two sons George Clarence and William Lawrence and four grandchildren. Funeral and burial at Sleepy Hollow cemetery followed. Born February 7 1862 at Vineyard Haven he lived in Boston before moving to West Concord. He joined West Concord Union Church twenty two years ago and was noted for his devotion to family and friends.
