The Veterans Information Center at the Veterans Building on Walden Street is open daily except Sundays, with Saturday hours ending at noon. World War II veterans are urged to visit for help with readjustment to civilian life. The Red Cross Home Service Committee led by Mrs Alexander Peters and executive secretary Mrs Harold G. Life Long Concord Resident Florence Brad ford Dies
Funeral services were held last Friday for Florence Hoar Bradford 85 lifelong Concord resident at her home 60 M Street. Rev Edward Perry Daniels officiated at 2 oclock burial followed at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. She was daughter of the late Edward Sherman Hoat and Elizabeth H Pritchard Hoat and niece of the late Senator George Frisbie Hoar. Concord notices state funeral services were held Tuesday at Trinity Church for Mrs Grace Howell 78 widow of Barretts Mill road West Concord.
