Father Joseph W Healy formerly curate of St Bernard's Church and his mother toured Europe and recently received an audience with the Pope. Healy was granted the privilege of celebrating at St Peter's in Rome and visited Father Frederick Chase of Concord during the trip.
Concord announces the upcoming opening of a new grocery store and meat market by Edward J. Johnson in the Thomas Meterson building beside Mutty and Tirrell's Garage. Johnson has training in retail food marketing and has consulted general experts before this venture.
A costume party and box lunch followed a Concord Grange P. of H. gathering Tuesday evening in Elks Hall. Miss Maude Thompson served as lecturer and in charge of the event.
