Flow to get a house built through carpenters and licenses
A Stockholm letter to a New York paper discusses land order rules and odd regulations affecting daily life. It cites a government license bureau advising adopting a carpenter to speed house construction, then questions the outcome and implications of such arrangements. The piece also notes Carrbridge council balloting on a mayoral election and mentions generic civic annoyances and a Washington quotation.
