Former Resident Died In Florida
George Smet, a well known former resident, died Saturday in Coral Gables Florida. He is survived by his wife, son Benjamin, and daughter Mrs Edward WHellewell of Coral Gables. Mr Smethurst was a spinner of the Jaesa bet MIN for years. The family moved to Coral Gables last fall and the body will be brought to Lowell for burial.
