The funeral of Rev. David Clairborne Garrett, Episcopal clergyman, will be held this afternoon at Trinity Episcopal Church in Concord at 2 o clock. Born in Burlington Iowa in 1857 he was the son of William and Martha Garrett. He served as European correspondent for the Living Church and studied at Berkeley Theological School in Cambridge. He organized Seattle Bureau of Charities and led the Public Library Commission. He married Lily Selmes of Boston in 1883. she died six decades later, leaving three children Lucy May Claibourne Mauro and Jackson Russell Garrett. He resided on Lowell road before moving to Cambridge.

Marlboro boy hurt in horse wagon accident
Marlboro Ralph Stone Jr a 12 year old of South Sudbury was taken to Marlboro hospital after a horse and wagon in Sudbury frightened the horse threw him. He received first aid from Dr C T Warner and was treated at the hospital by Dr Warner Dr C W Smith and Dr C L Cutler. The Mead family will break camp and return to Wollaston after occupying the Haynes cottage this season.
