Golf hip and shoulder pivots for a rhythmic downswing
The article describes a golf swing sequence where the left heel lifts to start the hip pivot, with minimal hip dip and about a forty five degree hip rotation while the shoulders turn about ninety degrees. It warns against overusing hip pivot and emphasizes a smooth rhythm over a power swing, advising a slow start down from the top and fueling power through the wrists and hands at hip height for maximum clubhead impact.
