She had lived in Concord 40 years, supported the Red Cross and WWII Canteen Unit, and leaves husband, two daughters, three grandchildren, and a brother.

Fire Burns 50 Acres In Lake Walden Area
Concord firefighters battled a major brush and grass fire Friday afternoon near the Walden woods starting around 1 30 o clock. The fire swept through more than 50 acres reaching the Esso station on Box 52 and threatening the Robinson cottage. Units from Concord Acton Carlisle and West Concord aided, keeping watch until midnight to prevent rekindling.
