Dee Resting Well After New Mexico Crash

Concord firefighters from the Central Station spent nearly an hour Tuesday afternoon freeing year old Mitzi owned by Mrs. Ada G Macone of 17 David Court. Firemen Carleton Walker and Hilding Johnson used a 65 foot aerial ladder but finally pulled the tree to earth with a rope to bring the cat down unharmed from the 40 foot perch above a large embankment.
