Eighteen Indictments Returned by Local Grand Jury
The 52nd District Court grand jury issued eighteen indictments Tuesday afternoon. Seventeen are felonies. one is a second degree homicide alleging a misdemeanor. Names are withheld as defendants have not been arrested. Indictments include two for forgery and passing, two for assault with intent to murder, nine burglary counts, one forgery of a money order by alteration, one failure to stop and render aid, and one auto theft. One person faces three burglary indictments and another faces three burglary counts.

Remodeling of Zion Lutheran Church Nears Completion
