By virtue of an execution issued by the Justice Court of Precinct No 1 Comanche County Texas in the case Hicks versus Price No 627 I will sell for cash on December 6 1927 at the Court House in Comanche the undivided one twelfth interest in five described tracts totaling 42 87 2 14 and 80 2 4 acres located four to five miles southeast of Comanche. The property is the J T Price homestead and is levied to satisfy a judgment of 178 1% in favor of S J Hicks plus costs. Dated November 4 1927 R T Chaney Constable.

In Comanche County on December 6 1927 a civil sale was ordered to satisfy a judgment of 222.40 in favor of S J Hicks against H C Bumgarner. The sale covers H C Bumgarner’s undivided one tenth interest in two tracts totaling 172 acres known as the A B Bumgarner home located sixteen miles east of Comanche. The lands include 92 acres of A Smothers Survey and 80 acres of the Jane McConnie Survey. Sale to occur at the courthouse door per law, listed by Constable R T Chaney on November 4 1927.
