The obituary notes Mrs. Edwards died as a Baptist convert who later joined the Methodist Church in 1918 with her husband. She lived in Comanche and was active in the Methodist Church and Wesley Bible Class. Pallbearers included Ide Lane and Howell Edwards among others. she was 15 at her conversion.
