Notice of Sheriff Sale in Comanche County Texas

The sheriff will sell cash on December 6 1927 before the Comanche County Court House door the undivided one twelfth interest of H H Bean in a block known as the G W Bean place about fourteen miles southeast of Comanche. The property covers 200 acres from the W H Murray survey 58 acres from the T Y Gilbert survey and 5 acres from the W H Murray survey. Judgment amount $872.47 plus costs.

Notice of Temporary Guardian Appointment for Anglin Minors

The county court of Comanche County Texas appoints J B Anglin Jr and Estelle Anglin as temporary guardians of their minors. The appointment becomes permanent unless contested at the next term starting January 1 1928. The writ requires publication weekly for ten days and return of service.

In Comanche County Texas a constable sale is ordered on December 6 1927 to satisfy a Hicks judgment of 178.13 against W J Price. Five tracts totaling 42 87 2 14 80 1 3 and 4 1 4 acres make up the J T Price homestead located about fourteen miles southeast of Comanche. Described as undivided one twelfth interest. About sixteen miles east of Comanche the A. B. Bumgarner home parcel totaling 172 acres across two surveys is levied on as H. C. Bumgarner's property to satisfy a $222.40 judgment plus costs in favor of S. J. Hicks.
