A Spanish Portuguese Agricultural Mission delegation visited the Dudley Bros Ranch in Comanche on Friday May 23. The group, led by Conrad Amavisca, toured cattle and feeding operations as part of a study sponsored by the U S Feed Grains Council. They then headed to Dallas for two days before continuing to Kansas City Washington D C and New York City en route back to Lisbon and Madrid.

Young Farmers Tour Planned by Comanche County Group
The Comanche County Young Farmer Chapter and the TAP committee sponsor a joint agricultural tour on June 3. Participants will assemble south of the high school and depart at 1 30 p m for stops at fields and the Vie Isham dairy. The Isham farm will feature a new Herd King silo with automatic feeding equipment and a Sudan grass demonstration. Cars should be lined up and ready to leave promptly at 7 40.
