Comanche High School Class of 1952 Graduation Edition
The Comanche High School 1952 seniors are celebrated in a special senior edition edited by the student body with gratitude to Editor Sarah Willis and staff. Comanche High School Graduation Set For May 20
Forty six CHS seniors will receive diplomas at the high school auditorium at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 20 with Ernest Belcher from Stephenville as commencement speaker. The program honors faculty including Miss Hattie and Miss Dunn while listing awards, class officers, and the senior class roster. Baccalaureate services are Sunday night at 8 with Rev. Arthur Johnson and the CHS Choral Club performing God of Our Fathers and A Mighty Fortress Is Our God.

Pat Baxter Named Head of CHS Band for 1952 53
Pat Baxter was chosen to lead the CHS marching band for 1952 53 over Treva McGuire and Richard Kean due to popularity and leadership. Her debut as drum majorette occurred at halftime in the Black and Gold scrimmage. Sue Keating was picked as a twirler and plans to attend the Texas Christian University Twirling Camp this summer. Reverend Jesse Tiner spent Saturday visiting and working with his young friends in Granbury.
