F. D. Harrison of the Sweet Water community was arrested at his home Monday by Deputy Turner Sanders on an alleged statutory charge. Dr. and Mrs. T. M. Rutherford spent Sunday in Abilene with their granddaughter, Mrs. James EK. Spraddling.
Mrs Ivan Hays and daughter Misa Caroline with Mrs Frank Fenton and Mrs D A Hart and daughter visited Comanche relatives Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Everett visit her parents after their school closed near Haskell last week. They are joined by Mr. and Mrs. BF. H. Jones of Comanche and his parents at Gustine.

Forty two cars of livestock were shipped from Comanche over the Frisco in April, the heaviest for any month in five years, according to G. W. Jessup, local agent. The consist included 9 cattle cars with 92 calves and 125 bulls and cows, 51, and 20 goats.

A fire of undetermined origin destroyed the six room residence of N W Story in West Comanche Tuesday at 8 30 p m The blaze was discovered by Miss Stella Hamilton a neighbor and was beyond control when the fire department arrived The home and contents were a total loss partially insured Mr and Mrs Story were away in Brownwood when notified of the fire.
N. and Young, reportedly under indictment on an alleged burglary charge, was arrested Monday in De Leon by Deputy Sheriff Turner Sanders. Mrs. Hollis Arvenshine and 97, Bilie of Houston are visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Cc. Roberts. Drew? Mrs. J. O. Lang and Mrs. George Wetzel attended the anal parents day at Tarleton College Sunda.
