Deferred grazing offers faster pasture recovery than reseeding
Texas A&M experts say reseeding native pastures is often unprofitable if 15 percent or more of desirable grasses remain. Deferred grazing provides quicker, cheaper vegetation return, with soil prep usually not required. The article also notes a flower-arranging talk by Mrs. Harold Denny and a gathering with guests including Mrs. Denny and several others.
