Still Hunting Blanket Burglars Across Central Texas
Texas Ranger Bob Arnold of Comanche and Mills County Sheriff C F Stubblefield spent the weekend in Midland pursuing a clue in the blanket bank burglary case. In Stephenville, burglars struck three homes Saturday night 6 to 8:30 pm, taking two table model televisions and possibly more. Texas Ranger George Roach aids Erath County officers and keeps in touch with Comanche police, suggesting the same suspects may be involved.
