W E McF 32 son of Mr and Mrs C Srabarter was killed when a contractor moving equipment from Camp Hood to Texarkana lost control of a truck near Corsicana Pend Oakwood Cemetery Comanche Thursday. Hasse School Boy Dies From Auto Injuries
Dale Norwood eight year old son of Mr and Mrs Gerald Norwood of Hasse died at Blackwood Clinic and Hospital in Comanche two hours after being run over by a car on a highway near his home. Roy Simpson superintendent of the Hasse School had been driving pupils home when Dale exited the vehicle and was struck by an oncoming car from Fort Worth. The driver stopped and reported the accident to the sheriff. Dale was taken to the clinic by Mrs Skie Pipes who arrived soon after. Funeral services were held Thursday at Indian Creek Church with interment in Indian Creek Cemetery.
