Lawsuit summons in Comanche County Texas 1928
The State of Texas to defendants and unknown heirs are cited to appear at the next district court term in Comanche County on April 16 1928 to answer a petition filed March 5 1928 regarding a joint and several promissory note of 8500 dollars with deeds of trust on multiple tracts. The suit seeks foreclosure and recovery of principal interest and attorney fees with subrogation rights to Reynolds Mortgage. The notice commands publication four weeks prior to return day.
