W H Thate owner of the Pig gly Wiggly bought the grand champion calf at Comanche’s Show last Friday paying Walter J Lee of Newburg through per pound for his Hereford. The 1 020 pound grand champion won first in Fat Calf Milk Fed lot. Lee earned 153 00. Thate also bought Billie MacPhifer’s Dry Lot Hereford at 14 2c per pound for a 68? pound calf bringing 100 05.
