County peanut acreage allotment set for 1939
The Agricultural Adjustment Administration has allotted Comanche County farmers 30 300 acres of peanuts for 1939. The allotment is based on tillage and past history. A 15 cent payment per 100 pounds of normal yield per acre applies to those planting within their allotments. Cards will be mailed to adjust 1939 sizes from 1938.
