Rationing Board Urges Rural Tire Cooperation War era plea to share scarce rubber

1 Point Farm Program Set Out By Credit Assn
R. E. Seay of Comanche, director of the Stephenville Production Credit Association, outlined a seven point wartime farm program at a Fort Worth conference. The plan urges producing essential goods, conserving resources, paying debts while prices stay high, and using credit prudently to build future reserves. The Stephenville association lent over 1.7 million dollars to about 700 members in 1941, with 1942 repayments rising. Tyson Phillips is working at Brownwood.
