Wright's Leather Builds New Plant in Comanche
E. R. Wright announces Wright's Leather Manufacturing Inc. will build a 22,500 sq ft plant plus 1,200 sq ft office on a 15 acre site in the Industrial Air Park, near De Leon highway, with construction costing over 75,000 dollars and expected completion before July 1, 1969. The firm, growing from leather watch straps to belts and billfolds, plans to double employees soon and reach near 1,000,000 in sales.

Peru Student Visits Comanche County From Peru 4H Club
Samuel Nahuamel Olave 17 from Cuzco Peru visits Gustine with the George Stephens family and stayed three weeks with Jerry Conway before. He spoke little English upon arrival and learns fast. He plans to return February 27 with a group of 25 students and one adult via Acapulco Mexico and invites Texans to visit Peru.

Sidney District To Elect Trustees
The Sidney Board of Trustees ordered a trustee election for April 5 in the school auditorium to fill two expiring terms of Howard Wilson and Joe French. Wilson and French have filed for re election.
