Retired teacher Mrs Frank Reese selected for the 1959 79 edition of Personalities of the South among 4999 citizens from 15 southern states. She taught 48 years in Brownwood and Comanche schools and has active church civic roles. She organized Girl Scouts and worked with them, teaches an adult class at First Baptist Church.
