Golden Wedding Anniversary Observed in Comanche
Mr and Mrs J A Rock celebrated their golden wedding anniversary at their north Comanche home with an open house from two to six. About seventy five guests attended from Comanche and surrounding areas. The couple, married in Gatesville on December 5 1889, moved to Comanche in 1897 and are honored for fifty years of marriage with poems read and warm reflections on their life together.
