Man Arrested on Rape Assault Charge Here
Local officers arrested J. R. Sizemore on an assault with intent to rape charge filed in Justice Precinct No. 1 Court of Comanche County. The 12 year old girl escaped unharmed. Sizemore, on parole for a prior conviction, is held in the County Jail without bond after Gov. Stevenson revoked clemency.
