Customers include Mrs. Virginia Beever in Comanche, County Agent Calvi Holcomb, Mrs. Jones near De Leon, Sgt. Marvin Jones family to Brownwood, E A Sarter near Crawford, and J E Lightfoot from Beattie to Ranger. Burks advertises ample storage and a railroad permit for local and long distance hauling.

The suit concerns an open account for funeral expenses of Ruth M Brewer and David M Brewer alleging Lee Brewer is sole surviving heir with estate liable for the debt. The clerk Claudia Fisher issues and signs the notice with deputy Bonnie B Collins.
