Property owners in Comanche and Comanche ISD receive notices of new appraisals from Professional Appraisal Co of Fort Worth. City tax rate cuts to 1.00 and CISD to 1.25 per 100 value, with valuations at 50 percent market value for the city and 40 percent for the district. Public meetings with appraisers set Aug 12 14 15 at the new Comanche Elementary School, with equalization boards meeting Aug 23 24 at 9 a.m. Names on the district board are Robert Willis Riley Hilliard and R L Mull, and on the city board James Petsick Bill Jones and Herbert Williams.
