Property owners in Comanche and Comanche ISD receive notices of new appraisals from Professional Appraisal Co of Fort Worth. City tax rate cuts to 1.00 and CISD to 1.25 per 100 value, with valuations at 50 percent market value for the city and 40 percent for the district.
