Comanche Dairy Day Sets Official Show and Judging
Comanche hosts the first official Dairy Day at the Rodeo Ground on Wednesday April 22 with about 75 dairy animals from Comanche and surrounding counties. E R Eudaly of A&M College and the Jersey Breeders Association will classify dairy stock. Prizes go to the top three, judging of dairy products and animals, and ribbon awards for all entries. Animals to be in place by 10 00 a.m. Dinner funded by local merchants.

Ropers Club to Sponsor July Rodeo Again at Comanche
The Comanche Amateur Ropers Club approved plans to stage the annual July Rodeo on July 3 4 and 4 night shows with three performances. They will donate 75 percent of net profits to the Red Cross and have elected Earl Albin as president Sutton Dudley as secretary treasurer and named directors Wayne Evridge M E Gore Harris Long Co M Albin and J H Burton. The club, now with 22 members, recently received a charter and will start buying calves and stock for the event.
