U.S. District Court Judge Thomas MacBride allowed Lynette Fromme to speak publicly but not about her trial. He will also consider a Friday hearing on her motion to act as her own attorney while she remains subject to a gag order.
About 70 residents attended a Monday night hearing at the Holiday Inn on four state highway projects around Columbus.
