Glenwood Bank Sued Over 2 Million Counter Claim
Dr Rafael Roure a former Girne physician and his wife filed a Mills County District Court counter claim against Mills County State Bank of Glenwood seeking two million dollars. Roure 42 left his 13 year practice after the bank pursued a 95000 civil suit alleging loan default. Roure now serves in the US Navy in New Orleans. The petition claims the bank aimed to ruin their home family credit and reputation amid town gossip. No court ruling yet.
