Local man killed in Colfax County collision near Clarkson

A Columbus man Rodney K. Havick, 29, of 9220 1éby Street, died when his pickup collided with a farm truck loaded with beans three miles west of the Clarkson spur and a mile north of the all county road intersection. Frank Fischer of Rt 1, Stanton, in the farm truck, was injured. No further details were available.
