In Platte County the Board of Supervisors will stay a seven member panel for the next two years after Tuesday elections. In the Second District Wilbert Thiele defeated Elmer Hodges 882 to 544, Arne Buhl ran unopposed in the Fourth District, and Herman J. Blahak led Fred Gerber Jr. 699 to 479 in the Sixth District. License suspension hits Backyard Lounge liquor license
