Benefit Dance for Cystic Fibrosis in Columbus
A benefit dance titled Breath of Life will be held tonight at Columbus Senior High Gymnasium to aid cystic fibrosis efforts. UNL graduates include five with high distinction in Columbus area
Five University of Nebraska Lincoln students were honored at morning commencement in the NU Coliseum with high distinction, including Jerome Schulz and Mary Ruth Woodrick from Columbus. The group also featured Barbara Larson, Mary Jane Cech, and Gale Muller with further degrees across fields such as chemistry, English, accounting, education, and educational psychology. Beeton Dickinson Scholarships have been awarded to Cindy Carr and Gary Bredehoft of Columbus for study at Platte College.
