Chrysler Corp raises average 28 dollars in retail prices for 1974 cars. The rise, effective soon, follows lifted price controls and covers models from Dodge Dart to Plymouth Fury and Imperial. Chrysler cites rising labor and material costs as justification. General Motors and Ford offered no comment as they consider possible price moves for 1973 models.
