The Clowns, 48 years old, play about 150 games yearly with an around 80 percent win rate. Hank Aaron began his career with them. Admission costs $2 for adults and $1 for children ages 7 to 14.
Rick Mayhew, class of 1977, has accepted a golf scholarship at Platte College. He led Schuyler Central High School for two years and tied for sixth in Class B this spring with a 79. Coach Virgil King guided the team.
