Heavy rains and storms spread across the Southeast causing floods in Florida's Panhandle. The Blackwater River overflowed as Yellow and Escambia rose, with North Milton evacuations and eight feet of water on Blackwater roadways. Kimball Man Dies From Gun Wound Near Club
A 23-year-old Kimball man named Bill Anderson was found dead of a chest wound late Thursday afternoon about a half mile east of the Kimball Country Club. Sheriff Merle Barker identified the victim.
