Restriction Ordered on Reporters Viewing Court Records
Hall County District Court Judge Donall Weaver barred area reporters from viewing court records during morning and afternoon tours citing disruption of staff. Max Moses said the office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The judge challenged reporters, saying test me, after two journalists were seen examining records. A courthouse employee described the judge as occasionally cantankerous.
