Hands of Friendship party at Leigh aids seniors
The second Hands of Friendship party was held at St. Mary Catholic Church basement Thursday with 41 senior citizens attending. Bingo was provided by committee members Mrs. Eugene Heitz Mrs. Morton McMullin and Mrs. Eugene Herink. Kitchen help came from Mrs. Fred Thalken Mrs. Edwin Gall and Mrs. Gary Brabec. The project offers entertainment and assistance to seniors as part of the Community Improvement Program.
