Falls City man held in shooting case
In Richardson County Court Barry Abbott 24 Falls City was ordered held on a 25000 appearance bond and a 3000 cash bond after arraignment on a manslaughter charge in the death of Louis Ogden 30 Rule. Ogden died from a .20 gauge shotgun blast in Abbott's home. Abbott turned himself in after the shooting which a domestic disturbance provoked. A Feb 11 preliminary hearing is set.
