Lincoln Nebraska. A spokesperson for the Nebraska Professional Practices Commission commended the State Education Department for its efforts to curb emergency teaching certificates. In David City a Saturday crash sent two people to a local hospital. Eastbound driver Mrs Otila Lance 65 and southbound pickup driver Alfred J Wilger Jr 18 were involved. Mrs Lance suffered bruises and a 9 year old passenger Linda Leno received a cut above the eye. Officer Norman Dvorak said the incident occurred around 4 p m.
In Buller County Court Friday, David Ciyie was fined 200 plus caste and had his license suspended for six months after being charged with destruction of personal and public property and driving while under the influence. The incident occurred on Jan 9.
