Power greed blamed for Nebraska patrol drug division decline
Former Nebraska State Patrol investigator Ned Lincoln testified that power struggles within the patrol’s drug division contributed to its downfall. He cited leadership failures after Capt. Lynn Parks took over, reliance on cooperating individuals, and a “numbers game” in charging cases, amid staff attrition and internal criticism by a legislative committee.
